Experts at Precinct 4 are offering after school archery lessons each month to children ages 6 to 14 at Carter Park in Spring and Spring Creek Park in Tomball. Archery equipment is provided and attendees may bring their own equipment as long as their arrow tips have target or field points. Dress for the weather and bring a snack and refillable water bottle. Parents must sign a liability waiver and are encouraged to stay.
Students in kindergarten through middle school are invited to bring a fishing pole, tackle, and bait for a fun-filled afternoon at the park. An instructor will be available to answer questions and offer tips to beginner anglers. Dress for the weather and bring a snack and refillable water bottle. Catch and release only. Parents must sign a liability waiver and are encouraged to stay.
