Volunteer instructor Stephanie Clark leads this exercise class that promotes physical awareness and mental discipline while building symmetry and coordination in the body. Most people who practice Pilates experience improved range of motion, flexibility, circulation, posture, and abdominal strength as well as decreases in back, neck, and joint pain. Comfortable exercise clothing and a thick yoga mat are required for maximum comfort.

Be a time traveler during Mercer Botanic Gardens’ four-day summer camp adventure! Journey through time to explore a variety of plants from different eras and locations.
