Volunteer instructor Stephanie Clark leads this exercise class that promotes physical awareness and mental discipline while building symmetry and coordination in the body. Most people who practice Pilates experience improved range of motion, flexibility, circulation, posture, and abdominal strength as well as decreases in back, neck, and joint pain. Comfortable exercise clothing and a thick yoga mat are required for maximum comfort.
