Monica James with the Speakers Bureau of Houston Hospice will discuss simple strategies caregivers can take to reduce stress and care for themselves during a seminar Tuesday, March 21 at 10 a.m. at Mangum-Howell Center.
When caregivers neglect their own physical and emotional needs, everyone suffers. James will provide advice on how caregivers can benefit themselves and their loved one. Call 281-591-7830 or come by the Center to register.
