Free Performances at Mangum-Howell Center
The community is invited to enjoy free theatrical performances presented by Cypress Creek F.A.C.E. at Precinct 4’s Mangum-Howell Center this winter. The performances that were scheduled to be held in the Centrum have been moved to Mangum-Howell Center due to flood damage from Hurricane Harvey. Mangum-Howell Center’s free intergenerational programs are part of Harris County Precinct 4 Commissioner R. Jack Cagle’s educational and recreational commitment to Harris County residents.
