Jam out with Precinct 4’s Trails As Parks by learning to make blackberry jam locally sourced from the Spring Creek Greenway. Learn the basics of turning sweet fruit into a preserve for year-round enjoyment. We will start with a short walk along the Spring Creek Greenway Trail, and then make our way back to the Big Stone Lodge kitchen where we’ll cook up and preserve blackberries. Wear clothing you wouldn't mind getting jam on and comfortable, closed-toed footwear. Participants will be emailed a supplies list. This program is recommended for ages 18 and older.
