Harris County Precinct 4 is launching a Call for Projects initiative in an effort to partner with local organizations on infrastructure improvements. Please complete the below application and submit all of the requirements by the deadline in order to be considered for funding in partnership with Precinct 4. The guidelines, detailed instructions, scoring criteria and eligibility can be found below.
