This 114-acre facility features one unlighted softball field, one lighted basketball pavilion, two lighted tennis courts, a small barbecue pavilion, a large barbecue pavilion, eight RV/camper hook-ups, three tent camping sites, one primitive camping area, a playground, trails, picnic tables, barbecue grills, an archery range, a sand volleyball court, and a rest room/shower pavilion.

Fishing along Spring Creek is also available.

Free Tent & RV Camping

Overnight camping is offered at no cost to public RV and tent campers at Spring Creek Park. Groups and individuals are permitted to camp up to 7 continuous nights per month. Long-term camping or camping outside of designated areas is not permitted. Check-in for camping begins at noon with check-out at 10 a.m. Only one reservation may be made at a time, and reservations can be made up to 3 months in advance by filling out an online request form. Camping request form must be submitted at least two weeks prior to requested dates.

Tent & RV Camping Details

Spring Creek Park offers eight full-hookup RV sites, four full-hookup tent sites, and one primitive group camping area for Scouts and nonprofit youth organizations, exclusively. Camp site availability is not guaranteed and subject to change at any time. Reservation confirmations are sent via email, or by U.S. Mail if requested, and a copy of the reservation must be shown to a park ranger if requested at any point during your stay. Spring Creek Park does not sell firewood, charcoal, or other camping supplies.

Please note: Park gates close each night at 10 p.m. Entry into the park after 10 p.m. is not permitted for vehicles or pedestrians. All campers must be in the park before 10 p.m. or will be locked out of the park overnight.

RV sites offer paved, back-in only sites with water, 30/50 AMP electricity, and sewer on each location. RV sites do not offer picnic tables or fire rings. They accommodate recreational vehicles up to 55 feet in length with additional paved parking spots for tow vehicles. There is a restroom and shower facility nearby the RV sites.

Tent sites can accommodate up to 75 people with no limit on the number of tents permitted on each site. Tent sites offer water, electricity, a fire ring, picnic tables, and charcoal grills. Paved parking is offered directly adjacent to tent sites. There is a restroom and shower facility near the tent sites. Tent campers are required to have a tent set up on the site before 10 p.m. each night and must have a vehicle parked overnight each evening in the nearby parking lot.

The primitive group camping area located in the northern portion of the park offers water, charcoal grills, picnic tables, a fire pit with benches, and a flagpole. This site can accommodate 200 people. There is no limit on the number of tents. Paved vehicle parking is directly adjacent to the primitive group camping area. The restrooms located by the primitive group camping area are accessible 24 hours a day. The showers in this location will only be available to your group during your reservation. Please contact a park employee to gain access to the showers. Groups are permitted to rent additional portable toilets from a private vendor during their stay if necessary.
